Return Policy.

Zim Zam is a food product — we cannot accept returns. But damaged or missing orders are replaced, no questions asked, no forms to fill out.

§ I

Can I return it?

No. Zim Zam is a food product. We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened bags.

But here is the thing — it is six minerals. No colors, no sugars, no flavors. There is nothing in the bag that goes bad or goes wrong. If the taste is too strong for you, use less. Half a scoop. A quarter scoop. Add more water. Serve it cold. You have 50 to 150 servings to dial in your preference.

§ II

If your order arrives damaged.

That is on us. Email zimzamlabs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement — no questions asked, no hassle, no forms.

§ III

If your order never shows up.

Same thing. Email us with your order number. If it is lost in transit, we will send a new one.

§ IV

If you just do not like it.

We are confident most people will. In blind taste tests, our blend is preferred 4 to 1 over leading electrolyte brands. But if it is not for you, we understand.

We cannot offer refunds on food products, but we genuinely encourage you to experiment with the serving size before giving up. Most people who think they do not like it are using too much per serving. Try less. Shake it. Cold water makes a difference.
