Terms of Service.

By using this website or buying our product, you agree to these terms. They are written to be honest and easy to read — not to trap you.

§ I

Product terms.

Sold as-is. Zim Zam Premium Mineral Mix is sold as a food product — not a drug and not a dietary supplement. We make no medical claims. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before use if you have a specific medical condition or take prescription medications. See our FAQ for the full structure/function disclaimer.

No returns. As a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened bags. See our Return Policy.

Damaged or missing orders. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace it at no cost. Email zimzamlabs@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Allergen disclosure. The product contains mineral salts only. No common allergens (no nuts, no dairy, no gluten, no soy). We will update this if our manufacturing facility changes.

§ II

Affiliate program terms.

Affiliate participation is governed by the rules below.

Commission structure. Individual affiliates earn 10% of every referred sale. Mosque affiliates earn 20%. The customer using the referral link receives 10% off their order.

Payouts. Commissions clear after the 30-day return window, then we pay you and arrange the payout method with you directly. Mosque affiliates receive a transparent statement showing every referred sale.

Prohibited promotion. Affiliates may not use spam, paid ad arbitrage, false claims, or any deceptive marketing tactics. Affiliates may not impersonate Zim Zam Labs or claim official endorsement beyond what is granted.

Termination. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate that violates these terms. Earned commissions through the date of termination will still be paid.

§ III

Website use.

Intellectual property. The Zim Zam Labs name, logo, brand, original photography, and original content are owned by Zim Zam Labs. The recipe and ingredient list are public — we encourage you to share them.

User conduct. Do not scrape the site, attempt to abuse the affiliate program, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Right to modify. We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date in the hero reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

§ IV

Limitation of liability.

Zim Zam Labs is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the product or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you bought.

If you have a specific medical condition or take prescription medications, consult your doctor before adding Zim Zam to your routine. The minerals in the blend can interact with certain medications.
