Shipping Policy.
$1.50 flat rate to all 50 US states. Ships in a flat envelope via USPS. Every order is packed by hand by one of the founders.
How much it costs.
$1.50 flat rate. Every order. No surprises.
We designed the packaging specifically to ship in a standard flat envelope — two flat bags that fit in a mailer without needing a box. That is how we keep shipping at $1.50.
How long it takes.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days — every order is packed by hand, so timing reflects whoever is at the table that week. We ship via USPS, and most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Who ships your order.
One of the founders. Every order is packed by hand. There is no warehouse — just Saif, making sure the product gets to you right.
What you receive.
Every order includes:
A sealed refill bag — your bulk supply, stays sealed until your dosing bag runs low.
A smaller dosing bag with the cedar scoop inside — your daily-use bag, sized so the last scoop tastes as clean as the first.
A food-grade silica packet — keeps the product dry.
The flat packaging is part of the product design. It is not a compromise — it is how we keep shipping affordable.
Order tracking.
Orders ship via standard USPS mail. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, contact us at zimzamlabs@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
