Most people have no idea that Zamzam water is a natural electrolyte blend.

The sacred well in Mecca contains roughly 24 times the calcium of typical mineral water — many times the calcium of ordinary tap water — alongside high levels of bicarbonates, magnesium, potassium, and a broad spectrum of trace minerals. A ratio that no other natural water source on Earth matches.

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, called Zamzam the best water on the face of the earth (narrated by al-Tabarani), and described it as blessed — “food that nourishes” (Sahih Muslim, from Abu Dharr). Modern mineral analysis is beginning to show why.

I was explaining my fasting electrolyte mix to a friend. He said, ‘That sounds like Zamzam water.’ I looked it up. The minerals matched. Everything I had been doing before Islam led me right back to it.

Abel is an American revert to Islam who was making his own fasting electrolytes long before he knew what Zamzam water was. A friend's offhand comment sent him down a rabbit hole that became Zim Zam Labs. He did not go looking for this. It came to him — and he views it as a gift from God.
